Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen presents a new installation of artist Carsten Höller (1961, Brussel). In Divided Divided Höller is creating an installation in the museum covering fifteen hundred square metres, exploring and giving shape to various elements in his oeuvre. He will present a new series of divided fly agarics (Triple Giant Mushroom), video projections of overlapping flickering images (Flicker Film), a birdcage mobile (Singing Canaries Mobile) and a swinging room (Double Swinging Room). The plan of the installation in Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen is based on a simple mathematical formula to which all the works inside the installation conform.
